CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY*

You may cancel any order before it has been shipped for a full refund.

You may return any new, unused artwork within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

In order to receive a full refund, the artwork must be in new, unused, undamaged condition, and packaged carefully. The buyer must pay a minimum of 15% of the cost of the item as a restocking fee.

Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

In case of shipping damages or mistakes, return shipping will be covered by STUDIOPACIFIC . For all other return reasons: You may use your choice of return shipping carrier at your cost, or request a return shipping label and have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund. The cost of return shipping will vary depending on the carrier and the size of the package returned.
